AGENT PROFILE
To find an Agent and explore that Agent's Book of Business:

In the Global Search on the top menu, click on the categories menu and select Advisor

Enter your Agent's name (when you start entering the name NIC's predictive search will display all possible matches)

Click Enter

From the Search results, click on the Agent's name

From the Network link, in the Search bar start entering the Agent's name

As you are entering the results page is being filtered

From the Search results page, click on the Agent's name

EXPLORE THE AGENT'S BOOK OF BUSINESS
You can search and segment the your Agent's in force life book for opportunities or service requirements.
ACCESSING YOUR AGENT'S LIFE BOOK: ​

From the Agent's Profile page, click on the Explore tab (it automatically defaults to Life Policies)​

Use the Policy Filters to sort and segment the Agent's book to identify sales & service opportunities.
Policy Fitlers include:

Policy Status
-
Product Type
-
Carrier
-
Annual Premium
-
Death Benefit Amounts
-
Policy Effective Dates
-
Insured Birth Dates
Use the Headers to sort your policies​.

Clicking once on the header will sort the values in ascending order.

Clicking twice on the header will sort the values in descending order.

Clicking on the Settings icon enables you to hide/display columns from the grid.

Check or uncheck the checkbox beside the column name with display or hide the column.


After you have segmented your Agent's life policies, select all of them by clicking on the check box beside the first header. If your results are displaying over multiple pages, make sure you click on the Select all xxx records link.

Click on Add to list

Enter the name of the list

Click on Proceed

IDENTIFY SALES & SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES & CREATE LISTS FOR YOUR AGENT
After you have segmented your Agent's life policies, select all policies that qualify as sales and service opportunities.

Enter the name of the list

Click on Proceed

SHARE THE LIST OF SALES & SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES WITH YOUR AGENT
Once the list of sales & service opportunities is created, you can now share that list with your Agent.

Under the Actions header, click on the kebab menu and select Send to Agents

A pop-up window will open.

Select the Also send the agent an email notification box if you would like your Agent to receive an email alerting him/her about the list you are sharing.

Type in any message you would like to share with your Agent

Click Send List

Your Agent will receive an email notification from NIC.
The notification email will contain your name as the user sharing the list, and also a link to the Agent App so the Agent can click on it to get direct access to the Agent App Login page, where they can see the shared list.
NOTE:

LOG IN link appears for Agents already on NIC platform and will take the Agent to the NIC Advisor App login page.

JOIN US link appears for Agents who are not on NIC platform but are part of your list. If they wish to subscribe to the NIC Advisor App all they have to do is click on Join Us and complete the short onboarding process.

AGENT IN-APP NOTIFICATIONS
In addition to email notifications, NIC also generates
In-App Notifications for your Agent, along with your message.

AGENT SHARED SALES & SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES LIST
Clicking on the notification (email or in app) will take the Agent directly to their list of sales & service opportunities that you have generated and shared.

AGENT LISTS
The list of sales & service opportunities will also be saved under Lists in the NIC Advisor App.
